**Objetivo del Puesto**:

- Coordinar actividades de capacitación y desarrollo organizacional del sitio para cubrir las competencias técnicas y personales de los asociados.

**Actividades principales**:

- Coordinar y administrar la documentación requerida de los nuevos ingresos y/o movimientos (Plan de orientación, Descripción de Puesto, Evaluación de desempeño DED)
- Impartir cursos internos requeridos por el departamento de capacitación y DO.
- Proporcionar información técnica/capacitación a los asociados (por ejemplo, la programación de personal, etc.)
- Coordinar y gestionar la logística de los cursos requeridos para el desarrollo del personal.
- Elaborar y mantener actualizados los controles internos de capacitación. (Matrices, Success Factor)
- Mantener actualizados los planes de desarrollo con la información correspondiente de nuevos ingresos y/o movimientos de personal.
- Implementar y dar seguimiento en site de herramientas de DO (Round table, PTM, EPP, AC, One on One, etc).
- Mantener actualizada la documentación en físico y/o digital de los procesos de capacitación y DO.
- Coordinar y administrar el proceso de On-boarding de personal de nuevo ingreso y/o movimiento.
- Identificar áreas de mejora en el departamento y contribuir activamente en optimizar dichos procesos.
- Verificar los requerimientos de los instructores de cursos internos / externos.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos legales de capacitación ante la Secretaria del trabajo y prevención social (STPS).
- Generar reportes requeridos por el departamento ( KPI’s, Analisis de información, presupuesto, etc.)
- Diseñar e implementar cursos de capacitación. (Manuales, presentaciones y exámenes)
- Asegurar que los requerimientos de capacitación se lleven a cabo de acuerdo al sistema de calidad de la empresa.
- Optimizar y administrar de manera correcta los recursos del departamento de capacitación.
- Administrar programas de educación continua. (UVEG, Conevyt, INAEBA, Convenios, etc.)

**Otros**:

- Participar activamente en todas las actividades y programas de la empresa (Calidad, Ideas de Mejora, Entrenamiento, Recursos Humanos, Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente etc.) que apliquen de acuerdo a las actividades propias de la posición.

**Requisitos del puesto**:

- Escolaridad: Título Universitario
- Área / Especialidad: Recursos Humanos, Capacitación, Desarrollo Organizacional, Psicología o equivalente.
- Experiência: 2 años
- Idioma: Inglés - Intermedio
