- Confirma y analiza las propuestas de ahorros y su potencial implementación, evaluando procesos y productos con enfoque a cumplir con requerimientos regulatorios, necesidades de calidad de producto, ergonomía, seguridad, medio ambiente y costos para los proyectos asignados.
- Aplicación de amplia variedad de técnicas, prácticas y procedimientos dentro de su área de especialidad que le permiten resolver proyectos y problemas complejos que requieren capacidad de análisis e iniciativa con mínimo de supervisión.
- Reporta en forma periódica el progreso de las actividades relacionadas a los proyectos asignados
- Responsable de la revisión y de desafiar las condiciones propuestas en los protocolos de la validación, reportes de validaciones, proyectos, prueba de ingeniería para asegurar cumplimiento a la calidad establecida.
- Entiende y utiliza los Requisitos del Sistema de Calidad para el control de diseño.
- Diseño, ejecución y análisis de experimentos basados en técnicas estadísticas.
- Realiza y escribe validaciones de productos, procesos y equipos de acuerdo con FDA, ISO y otras directrices aplicables.
- Trabaja como ventana al exterior con los grupos de soporte corporativo externo como de herramentales, esterilización, Investigación y Desarrollo, Mercadotecnia y Regulatorio para seguimiento de proyectos que impactan la planta de Tijuana.
- Participa en todas las fases de sus proyectos.
- Trabaja eficazmente en situaciones de equipo, así como de forma independiente.
- Sistema de validaciones IQ,OQ,PQ
- Dibujo asistido por computadora (autocad/Solidworks)
- Microsoft Project
- Minitab
- Actúa con rapidez orientado a la acción y la obtención de resultados.
