**Siemens Energy Graduate Program - Strategy and Market Development (f/m/d)**

**What You Can Expect**:
Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-months assignment abroad (Covid permitting).

You will be assigned a mentor and will shadow a role or position to support you in reaching your individual career goals and network with peers and business leaders. You’ll also have access to the resources to help you grow

As Strategy and Market Development, your assignments will include designing strategies and business operations planning that aligns with the company’s strategic framework and based on identification of growth opportunities, competitive business models, innovative ways, standard processes, and plan implementation.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Conduct Regional researches and analyzes of industrial sector in Latin America, identify medium and long-term market trends and strategic opportunities of interest as well as partnerships.
- Build and maintain close relationships with Key Account Managers as a key stakeholder group.
- Identify internal and external standard processes and lead the implementation of improvement in the Market and Business Development organizations.
- Support business development and strategic planning activities in Latin America. Develop and implement customer roadmaps.

**What You Bring**:

- Technical knowledge in analysis and management of data with strategic thinking.
- Market analysis and scenario analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment.
- A master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in business, business administration, economics, marketing, engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
- Versatile, self-motivation, communications and interpersonal skills, goal-orientation, team player, lean, agile, pro-active, hands-on approach of getting things done.
- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program.
