Key Responsibilities

- Create new Virtual Assistants.
- Create or modify conversational flows.
- Monitor KPIs & Metrics.
- Continuous improvement cycle: identify and validate opportunities.
**Communication Journey Automation**:
- Create new or modify Customer communication journeys.
- Monitor KPIs & Metrics.
- Continuous improvement cycle: identify and validate opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing in the communication journeys.

- Understanding of end-to-end software development processes and business requirements

- Bachelor, process engineer's degree or similar.
