**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Deliver the necessary assistance to the process, take care of each of the channels for 5 BUs seeking a closer collaboration and deepening the commercial strategies of each one, making decisions about enrichments (S&OP process), support the participation of the area within the planning process to respond to the level of detail that the PIPE revamp requires, collaborate and provide feedback to the commercial teams (Commercial drive, CT, KAMs and Field Support) on the initiatives that are proposed in the planning cycle ensuring a balanced workload between the different crossings and planning processes within the team.

**, your scope would consist of **
- Participation in Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process as enrichment’s point person (commercial initiatives, innovation, promotions, pricing, etc).
- Analyze enrichments and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
- Align central commercial initiatives, customer team and regional strategies.
- Enrichment strategy consolidator and spokesperson for SO&P and Sales and Operation Execution (S&OE) processes, provide detail of the strategies (volume calculation, investments, share of market, etc) behind the initiatives.
- Adjust enrichment volume with creator (commercial strategy Key Account Managers (KAMs), Field support) based on evaluator (Sales Planning Coord) analysis and PIPE S&OP rules.
- Provide total forecast detail to the commercial teams (KAMs, Field support, Commercial Strategy) focused on the main drivers and opportunities.
- Review total forecast/ volume with each Customer Team (CTs) / Business Unit (BUs) (step by step agenda ensuring proper communication and understanding).
- Communicate, adjust and establish an action plan on the Enrichments rejected in the last week of the month.
- PIPE process representative in the Customer Teams sessions.
- Active participant in total forecast decision making at channel level.
- Follow up and decision making in S&OE sessions.
- Follow up on open issues of minutes per session, ensure quality of information on deliverables.
- Consolidator of postmortem analysis of enrichments for process feedback.
Qualifications:

- Degree: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar, Finance, Actuary, Business or any other field related.
