**Position Purpose**
Responsible for Signage inventory control throughout AZ-Mexico supply chain. Extracts fixture needs from floorplans/planograms electronically or manually as needed for new, open, and remodeled stores. Generates store fixtures/signage shipments to new stores and remodel stores via disciplined communication with all fixture suppliers. Reviews and maintains detailed fixture integrity of all AutoZone prototypes. Solves the need for expedites re-orders to Store Set-Up projects when necessary. Coordinates with other departments on fixtures for new planogram auto bills and changes to inventory disposition. Reviews and reports fixture costs and usage for entire chain as well as Store Set-Up.

**Primary Accountabilities**
- Purchase signage for current and new stores sales floor area / Meet the requirements of open stores when request to replacement of any appliance / Capturing invoices in the system, Registration price statistics and signaling Fixtures
- Monitor inventory in both DCs making sure to meet maximum and minimum for stores can order by SMS the signs are authorized
- Avoid over inventory signaling design change each Q / Keep track of the fixtures that are purchased with LV so that they are not loaded to the store / Purchase Totes for new and open HUB
- Ensure that the vendor sends safety signs to the new store to reach the first day you start set-up the armed Store.
- Make the auto bills to send signage to total chain, support the marketing and commercial area by making the purchase orders of your signage

**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Business
Years of Experience: Two to three years.
Type of Experience: Experience in inventory and purchasing management
Other / Preferred: Analytical skills, computer skills, communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
