- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and its formulas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. bookkeeping laws and practices.
- Sharp analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Genuine care and proactive approach towards company success.
- Efficient in remote collaboration and working with team members.
- Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.
- Analyze spending, identify savings, and enhance financial efficiency.
- Maintain profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Work with team members to ensure accurate, up-to-date financial data.
- Assist in collections, ensure timely payments, and maintain client relations.
- Create clear, concise financial memos and communications.
- Actively seek to support the company beyond basic bookkeeping.
- Learn new software like Salesforce to improve processes.
- Manage spreadsheets, calculations, and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Keep financial information confidential and discreet.
