Generar, gestionar e implementar proyectos que generen eficiencias a través de la automatización de procesos.

Requisitos:_**
- Ingeniería en sistemas terminada, pasante carrera técnica
- Un año de experiência en un puesto similar
- Experiência en mejora e implementación de procesos
- Mapeado de procesos
- Procesos de calidad
- Disponibilidad de trabajar en horarios extendidos y fines de semana, en base a los requerimientos de cada proyecto
- Disponibilidad de viajar

Funciones:_**
- Identificar cuellos de botella, disfuncionalidad, mala atención, baja calidad, incumplimientos de objetivos, baja rentabilidad
- Mapear proceso origen
- Identificar desviaciones
- Presentar planes de mejora en formato de proyectos viables a la dirección, para eliminar las desviaciones identificadas
- Todas las mejoras presentadas tendrán que ver con sistematización, virtualización, automatización y/o digitalización del procesos
- Identificar soluciones viables y rentables
- Manejo integral de proyectos
- Evaluación de proyectos
- Presentar avances semanales y mensuales
- Rendición de cuentas a la dirección
- Manejo de cliente interno
- Manejo de resistencia al cambio
- Implementación y seguimiento a proyectos
- Área de sistemas de la empresa
- Implementar desviaciones
- Generar proyectos rentables
