Credentialing Analyst, Operations, Customer Service & Support
The Credentialing Analyst ensures the Authorization and Authentication process for Confirmation Customers on the Confirmation platform. They gather appropriate documentation, analyze processes, and follow procedures to ensure we keep in line with SOC guidelines and correctly set up as well as maintain accounts of new banks and firms.
This role plays a vital part in preventing fraud on the Confirmation system. Credentialing Analysts are required to always conduct themselves in a professional manner and provide accurate, timely and detailed information about Confirmation to both internal staff and external users.
**_About the Role:_**
In this opportunity as a Credentialing Analyst, you will:
Analyze, organize, and prepare the final submission of validation evidence and approve them.
Re-inspect the professional credentials for active accounts to ensure accurate & secure access to the platform.
Follow all established business practices.
Account/Database Maintenance: update settings at both the account and user including updates of contact information, accounts’ functionality, perform merges and other actions as appropriate.
Closely work with Sales to set up new accounts and departments.
Investigate potential customers and approve or remove registrants as needed.
Conduct timely follows-up with users and/or internal stakeholders.
Other duties relating to customers as assigned.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Directly works with Customer Support Representatives along with Sales, Finance, Product, IT, and the Advanced Solutions team to fulfill customer/sales requests.
**_About You_**
You’re a fit for the role of Credentialing Analyst if your background includes:
1 year experience in a customer-facing position or equivalent experience desired. Technical degree preferred.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Superior at noticing details and preparing flawless documents.
Meticulous online research and investigation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong customer service, proofreading and editing skills & people skills.
Skilled at research methodologies and critical thinking.
Complex problem-solving and multitasking.
Work as part of a team & independently.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A self-motivated, quick, and intuitive learner with attentive active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving, analysis, design, and testing skills.

Proven experience owning issues to resolution.
