**Job Summary**:
Como comprador en nuestra empresa, sus responsabilidades son mantener la adquisición de materiales de acuerdo con las solicitudes creadas por el planificador, el comprador es el principal punto de contacto entre proveedores y operaciones, crear y conocer las órdenes de compra, gestionar la exactitud de la información de todas las órdenes de compra emitidas y abierto para trazabilidad de métricas y visibilidad para el resto de la organización, informa sobre cualquier entrega fallida del proveedor y problemas de desempeño a Operaciones y Abastecimiento Táctico, sigue los envíos de los proveedores hasta que el material se entrega en el muelle de las instalaciones y la recepción se procesa en el sistema de acuerdo con la documentación del proveedor, sigue el pago de la factura sea puntual. Las contribuciones de los compradores tendrán un impacto directo en la eficiencia de la producción, además de cumplir con las estrategias de proveedores indicadas por Sourcing Corporate y mantener una relación saludable con los proveedores.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

- Analizar las necesidades de materiales de 3 meses, identificar cualquier riesgo de suministro, trabajar en agilizar, comunicar a operaciones y escalar a Sourcing.
- Haga un seguimiento de las órdenes de compra abiertas según las fechas de necesidad o la fecha de promesa del proveedor, supervise el progreso del envío, el cruce de fronteras y la entrada de recibos.
- Responsable de convertir a Órdenes de Compra las requisiciones de materiales creadas o liberadas por el planificador.
- Asegurar el conocimiento del PO del proveedor y comunicar las fechas de entrega a través del sistema o cualquier otro método.
- Ejecutar las necesidades del planificador para la adquisición de materiales (entrar/expulsar/cancelar) y comunicar los resultados al planificador.
- Seguimiento y reparación de la retención de material recibido (cuarentena) Compra de piezas de proveedores.
- Comunicar las necesidades de actualización de parámetros a Sourcing (precio, LT, MOQ, paquete estándar)
- Ejecutar desviaciones de materiales aprobadas por ingeniería cuando haya problemas de entrega de proveedores.
- Ejecutar y gestionar la entrada y salida gradual de acuerdo con las instrucciones de planificación y abastecimiento.
- Ejecute RTS de acuerdo con las instrucciones de RMA de los proveedores.
- Ejecutar compras divididas según la regla de abastecimiento
- Ejecutar investigación de mercado abierta, analizar PPV y ejecutar según aprobaciones de Sourcing.

**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:

- Inglés Avanzado / Adquisiciones / Planificación / Kanban / Conocimientos MRP
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo supervisión mínima, sentido de propiedad.
- Conocimiento de la cadena de suministro (logística/importación/exportación)
- Capacidad para mantener relaciones con proveedores y habilidades de negociación.
- Capacidad para realizar y priorizar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Utilice e interprete datos para determinar las necesidades de compra y realizar tareas de gestión de inventario.
- Estricta atención al detalle, mantenimiento y precisión de los datos del sistema.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales para tratar con miembros del equipo y proveedores.
