Director, Pricing and Revenue

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Director of Pricing and Revenue to join our team in Cuernavaca, Mexico. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for maximizing room revenue and growing the Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) Index for each of our boutique hotels and collections of apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maximize room revenue and grow the Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) Index
- Forecast future performance through trend analysis, implement displacement analyses for Group business and participate in the annual budget process
- Lead weekly Revenue Management meetings, including topics on future issues such as booking pace, performance statistics, and other hotel-specific goals
- Manage the Senior Pricing and Revenue Analyst

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business, with International Business as a preferred field
- 5+ years of Revenue Management experience in the hotel, vacation rental, airline, cruise, or car rental industries, or completion of Revenue Management courses with some direct experience
- In-depth knowledge of industry analytical reports such as STAR reports, Hotelligence reports, and revenue management systems
- Experience leading Hotel Rates and Inventory and forecasting or validating system forecasts of hotel room revenue
- Fluent in English and Spanish with effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Mathematical solid comprehension and analytical skills
- Social skills that include active listening, building trust, and motivating others
- Dependability in displaying discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Agile in project and time management strategies with the ability to learn new programs quickly
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry-related reports

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
