Summary of the role
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements and maintains an Engineering Change Notice System (Arena).
Create and release items and subassemblies for product Bill of Materials (BOM) for SunPower module products in BOM management software (Arena) and in enterprise resource planning software (Oracle).
Perform validation for data pushed from Arena into Oracle for data manually entered.
Perform validation of BOM deviations in Arena and Oracle
Perform regular audits of BOM in Arena and in Oracle and raise change orders as necessary for updates/corrections.
Coordinates interaction between cross-functioning teams to ensure appropriate changes are documented.
Recommends new approaches and alternatives.
Perform other activities as directed and as assigned by BOM administrator.

**Minimum Education and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience OR
Equivalent combination of education and/or years of related experience.
Excel and Word related experience helpful
Oracle experience in manufacturing environment is a must-have.
Arena experience is nice to have.
Proficient in English. Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Demonstrates strong problem solving skills
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks

**Preferred Qualifications**:
At least one (1) year of user-level experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software platform (examples SAP, Oracle)
At least one (1) year of user-level experience with bill of material structure and usage\
Experience with Microsoft Excel macro programming a plus
