Join the K Family in Toluca. This is an onsite role that will work with cross functional teams in our plant, you will be responsible for eliminating the process variability and identifying waste through the Kellanova Working System Methodologies. Also, this person is a technical resource that generates capabilities in the teams in order to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This exiting role will bring you exposure to the plant’s main areas which will allow you to expand your career options to different teams.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Process Optimization - Identifies, prioritizes and eliminates waste form process, builds capacity, control and optimization. Leads benchmarking and optimization of the process improvements
Implement Standards - Provides feedback to design, implementation and standardization processes and develop analytic tools. Defines equipment and process standards, as well as cleaning quality and environmental standards.
Data analysis - Data analysis to identify process waste and execution of projects-triggers by this analysis.

Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years Operation experience is required, manufacturing or logistics
Knowledge in Quality and manufacturing systems and new product development.
Excel proficiency
Results-oriented, analytical and creative thinking. Working by objective and proactive as well as a strong sense of urgency

**Advanced English**: This role will have written and spoken conversations in English
