Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in inceptions and iteration planning meetings, infusing backlogs with technical input working in close partnership with the product manager
- Leads and participates in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups
- Leads and participates in retrospectives; demonstrating and encouraging each participant to provide feedback with empathy
- Partners in collaboration and strategy alignment across product portfolios (cross-product) in partnership with product managers, other peers and key stakeholders
- Serves as an expert on one or more business domain and a distinguished advocate of multiple technology stacks and shares that knowledge across organizations
- Coaches the team and leads daily practices of using paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building products
- Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices
- Provides support for software products in user environments

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- 5 or more years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Functional Skills
- Proficient with some of the following: C#,.Net CORE, ASP.NET, MVC, RESTful Web Services (WEB API), MSSQL, HTML5, JSON, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3
- Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft IIS
- Strong knowledge of the.NET framework (4.5 and higher/.Net CORE preferred)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles
- Be comfortable with middle-tier and backend and be able to hit the ground running with 70% development with mínimal hand holding
- Experience in all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and source management
- Experience with SOAP and Restful Web Services (WCF, Web API)
- Proficient in SQL Server 2012 and above, Transact SQL, stored procedures, triggers, DTS packages
- Frontend experience with Angular 7/9, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (*nice to have) ( I am going to remove all this)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with code review and evaluation
- Experience with GIT source control
