RHI Magnesita is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Tlalnepantla, MX

The Warehouse Supervisor will assure that order confirmation it aligns with actual resources of production and raw materials to warranty conform products by Safety, Quality, Cost & Productivity. Likewise, Manage of Raw material, Supply, Stock and Crushing, Warehouse Spare Parts, Packaging, and Material for third parties.

This position full time report to the Head of Planning & Logistic Ramos. The Warehouse Supervisor will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time.

**The Warehouse Supervisor’s tasks include**:

- Monitor, report, and manage inventory level
- Receive inventory for intracompany inbound shipments
- Identify new, innovative options for warehousing and management
- Support yearly physical inventory counts
- Handle stock movements to customers
- Audit inventory levels vs inventory reports from 3rd party warehouses
- Manage operational efficiencies, relationships, and day-to-day operations at the warehouse

**About you**

Do you have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or related
- 2- 5 years of experience planning and logistics experience in manufacturing environment
- Continuous improvement tools.
- High conversational English is a must
- Strong expertise in SAP is required
- Inventory management
- Production planning follow-up
- Leadership role high
- Management of personnel
- Management of conflicts
- Goals keeper and KPI control.
- Safety management thinking.
