**Requirements**:

- Al menos 5 años creando contenido para productos digitales, principalmente mobile first, con un enfoque centrado en las personas y la experiência de usuario (UX copywriter).
- Experiência trabajando en campañas 360 para nuevos lanzamientos.
- Experiência trabajando en proyectos de brand o rebranding.
- Experiência creando contenido largo para sector financiero, fintech o e-Commerce.
- Diseñar e implementar plantillas para acortar la distancia desde la ideación hasta la ejecución de contenido interno y externo.
- Colaborar con otros equipos para maximizar el impacto de nuestro contenido educativo (Base de conocimientos) y garantizar que esté alineado con objetivos comerciales.
- Apoyar en la auditoría, actualización y/o creación de contenido existente del IVR, para homologar la voz y estilo.
- Liderar la creación de reglas para que la creación de contenido sea escalable.

**Habilidades blandas**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Agilidad y autogestión.
- Alta colaboración y apertura para dar y recibir feedback constructivo.
- Trabajar ágilmente en múltiples iteraciones de contenido.
- Alta atención al detalle, es decir, entender la importancia de mantener la consistencia, claridad y eficacia de los mensajes a lo largo de toda la experiência de los usuarios.
- Nível Inglés básico-intermedio
