Chemours is seeking a Procurement RFX Analyst Leader to join our growing Capital Procurement team This position will report directly to the Global Capital Procurement Operations Leader. This individual will be responsible for supporting the capital procurement team in managing RFX/small capex purchases for complexed engineered equipment, engineering and construction services in support of Major Capital Projects; while ensuring compliance with company procurement procedures. The leadership role will coordinate directly with the Capital Site Procurement Leaders and Project Procurement Manager.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Lead the RFX team, drive synergies and effectively drive best practices
- Manage the equipment, material and services RFX process in support of Major Capital Projects and in compliance policies and guidelines
- Oversight of RFX team to drive quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools, and platforms, to effectively facilitate bidding events
- Ensure market and vendor intelligence to support RFX activities
- Implements measurement systems that clearly indicate the performance level of the RFX team and supplier effectiveness
- Manages the entire capital RFX process for Major Capital Project in US and Europe and capture negotiated savings
- Support transactional execution and drive strategies for guideline capital project procurements
- Maintains excellent working relationships with internal customers and other supporting organizations
- Maintain and foster continuous improvement initiatives with key business and manufacturing supplier contacts
- Works closely with cross functional teams
- Function as the key RFX interface with internal project teams, and third-party providers, in support of all Chemours Major Capital Projects bid solicitations
- Report key project metrics to Procurement Leadership on a regular basis.

The following is _preferred_ for this role:

- Bachelor's degree required - Business or Technical degree preferred.
- 5+ years of procurement experience, preferred in EPC activities
- Language: English Advanced level
- Willing to adhere to all Chemours Core Values.

- Ability to action complex RFX with suppliers and contractors.
- Ability to manage complex projects at once.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and deliver results.
- Strong organization, analytical, strategic and management acumen
- Ability to effectively interact with and influence people at all levels and varied cultures within and outside of Chemours
Strong MS Excel skills.
- SAP 4.6 Experience desirable
