**The Role**:
We are looking for a talented SDET Senior Automation Engineer to join our growing Tech Holding team. You will work alongside a team of talented engineers. If you are a self-starter who has a passion for technology and client facing services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of Cypress automation framework and contribute to automation codebase(s)
- Develop test strategy, plans and test cases based on product specification documents
- Perform both manual and automated testing but focused on automation
- Perform many types of testing: functional, black box, performance, unit, functional, cross browser compatibility, sanity, data consistency, integration and system testing
- Strong understanding and skills in testing Web and Mobile Applications
- In-depth knowledge of API Testing and Automation
- In-depth knowledge of debugging techniques for software systems and mobile apps
- Support deployments and maintenance activities
- Maintain and improve deployment and software delivery processes
- A demonstrated history of learning new skills and tackling new challenges
- Will be expected to lead a portion of the team with respect to automation as well as be an individual contributor to success of the related projects.
- Responsible for creating test suites / scenario for maintenance / reusability for manual as well as automated tests
- Good analytical ability towards requirements to nullify multiple iterations
- Will be expected to be a central point of communication between contributors and senior management

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of Experience with test automation; Cypress, TypeScript/JavaScript
- 5+ years of QA experience in testing of API's and DB's
- Hands on exp. with Performance and Security test would be an added advantage
- Good understanding of automation framework creation from scratch
- Effective communicator, flexible team player.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- High technical competence, track record of strong coding and/or technical accomplishment
- Knowledge of building and testing large-scale iOS apps and codebases
- Proven track record for high quality product delivery
- Driven, creative, and result oriented
