Our client is a regional SCM solutions provider with a high expertise and experience in international trade, logistics and warehousing services, supporting global companies with a soft-landing SCM processes when entering Mexico and moving goods out of the country.

**JOB SCOPE**

To lead, develop and manage the business of CARRIERS, COURIER / Outbound Logistics (National Distribution) in the UEN FREIGHT to meet the operational, commercial, financial and growth objectives in the Organization while establishing the infrastructure and operating model necessary to ensure the effective and profitable execution of last mile distribution services primarily in the U.S.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Compliance with the requirements of each client regarding the Parcel service through specialized Carriers in the US.
- Negotiation of rates, routes, service levels, attention to disputes, payments, and general business administration.
- Application and development of technology for the management and control of the service.
- Improve the generation of profitability of the UEN and always take care of our own risks and those of our clients.
- Achieve and sustain, as well as exceed the service metrics or KPIs inherent to each of its clients or operations in accordance with the agreed standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- 5 years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or similar.
- Experience implementing solutions to work with American carriers, whether LTL or FTL, as well as Courier or Parcel services.
- English advanced

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
