**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**

As a Client Solutions Coordinator, you will become an expert at consultative selling to help the sales team execute requests to progress deals along the sales cycle and make the sales experience more effective.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
- Executive interdepartmental requests and general admin on behalf of the sales team.
- Import and export reports from our CRM to Excel or vice versa to ensure data integrity.
- Record all sales activities, notes, tasks, and documents in a web-based CRM system.
- Ensure our CRM is updated regularly for proper reporting and forecasting.
- Document and communicate all learnings and new processes.
- Update documentation for the Client Solutions team playbooks and processes.
- Communicate sales updates and deal progress to relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
- Participate as required in the client-facing aspects of revenue-generating activities (in-person and virtually).
- Maintain and update the sales Data Management System to create broader access and visibility.

YOU HAVE
- At least 2 years of experience working at a global organization.
- At least 2 years of previous complex B2B account management, sales, partnerships, sales support, or sales operations experience.
- At least 2 years of experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM (HubSpot Certifications are preferred).
- At least 2 years of Google Workspace experience.
- At least 2 years of project management experience managing multiple projects at once.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A natural curiosity for customer challenges and finding solutions to help solve those pain points.
- Previous experience coordinating, setting up, and attending in-person conferences on behalf of your company is nice to have.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and always looking to improve professionally.
- A customer-focused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to clients with diverse backgrounds.

**Salary**: $33,500.00 - $38,500.00 per month
