Stakeholders Relations

Contributes to the development and execution of regional strategies while enhancing corporate reputation and our ability to execute projects;
- Identify and liaise with key federal, state, and municipal government stakeholders to promote TC Energy’s public-sector interests;
- Assists with prioritizing issues to be communicated/advocated to government, and ensures that TC Energía’s positions are coordinated among affiliated entities and clearly understood internally;
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders on joint objectives;
- Support other internal areas to promote business growth, resolve conflict, and mitigate risks;
- Conduct extensive legislative and political analysis of Mexico, with a focus on regional development, energy infrastructure, competitiveness agenda, investment, and trade;
- Work closely with the manager and colleagues to support presentation material for internal and external stakeholders;
- Stay abreast on current and proposed laws, regulations and industry developments that may affect TC Energy’s projects and initiatives;
- Prepare high-quality briefing notes regarding the sectors’ and political issues of interest to TC Energy’s activities in Mexico, to inform management and leadership;
- Represent TC Energy in industry-related organizations and events to align messaging and increase TC Energy’s public image;
- Facilitate project management and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required;
