**What Skills You Need**:
- Develops and communicates an integrated recruitment strategy for assigned area of responsibility and leads staffing discussions with business leaders and HR partners to align with business needs. Understands the labor market and communicates this to the business.
- Leads and participates on Staffing project teams for the purpose of improving operational effectiveness and adding value for our customers.
- Forms and leads project teams at the units to implement best practices at the division/enterprise level.
- Supports unit Human Resources on the workforce planning process.
- Employer Branding projects
- Analys of process and data of Human Resources area
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Knowledge of the communication planning process and measurement techniques.
- Understanding of the business operations and the organizational structure.
- Technical skill and knowledge in a specialized area of engineering, e.g., design, analysis, test, evaluation, etc.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and factory operations.
- Skill in project management.
**Education**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Similar according to the position
