**Supervisor de Producción**
**Requisitos**:
- Técnico/Bachillerato/Licenciatura - terminada
- Título, cédula o su certificado correspondiente
- Experiência de 2-3 años en Sistemas de Producción
- Experiência con personal a cargo
- Experiência en trabajo por objetivos
- Inglés conversacional
- Disponibilidad de horario
**Funciones**:
- Asegurar la calidad del producto cumpla con las especificaciones requeridas por el cliente.
- Asegurarse que el IP realice la inspección correcta del producto.
- Asegurarse que este trabajando el # correcto de IP en cada máquina.
- Liderar de manera continua a los IPS (operadores).
- Mantiene en continuo entrenamiento a los IP’s para mantener la calidad del producto.
- Comunicar al líder técnico y a los MO los problemas de la maquina durante la producción.
- Dar seguimiento a los problemas de producción reportados, hasta que son corregidos.
- Se asegura de dar seguimiento a las políticas de seguridad y asegurarse que los IP's a su cargo los efectúen.
- Reporta y comunica directamente al Gerente de cualquier problema.
- Elaborar y cumplir con las asignaturas.
**Horario del puesto**: Jueves de 12:30 am a 6:30 am, viernes, sábado y domingo de 18:30pm a 6:00am
