- Responsible for providing human resources services to the Tecate plant’s personnel and visitors, always seeking customer satisfaction.1. Maintains constant communication with cafeteria and transportation providers.2. Follows up on complaints or recommendations regarding dining and transportation services.3. Provides support on plant visits regarding transportation, lodging, meals, etc.4. Assigns lockers to new personnel, as well as manages and follows up on their proper use and maintenance.5. Receives and processes Infonavit notices.6. Concentratse address metrics.7. Carries out travel the process for the personnel at the Tecate Plant (Hotel, Lodging, Transportation, Bonuses, etc).8. Receives personnel leaves and documents them in the system.9. Supports the implementation of organizational culture.10. Participates in the implementation of motivational and recognition programs, social, cultural, recreational, and sporting events, as well as community activities.11. Supports as an internal auditor, if necessary.12. Serves as SME and provides training for the responsibilities listed in this document.13. Performs any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Professional career in Administration, preferable. - 1 year of experience in a similar position. Experience in the medical industry desirable, preferable. Knowledge in TRESS System, preferable.
