Responsabilities:

- Onboard new clients and current clients, by doing paperwork collection and data entry to ensure they are managed efficiently.
- Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood.
- Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases.
- When Intake schedules a qualified lead for an initial consultation (sales call), they are responsible for initiating the pre-engagement glidepath to create/foster a sense of urgency about engaging the Firm and improving the“show up rate” for people showing up for initial consultations.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Sales or customer service experience highly valued
- High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer
- skills
- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must
- Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus
- Background in the legal industry preferred
- Work From Site (Plaza Girasol, Hermosillo, Sonora)

**Salary**: $19,000.00 per month
