Affinity Manager

**The Role**
You will be on the front line of customer service. Providing an end-to-end service, this includes but is not limited to:

- Provide professional and timely telephone support to customers.
- Respond to daily inquiries ensuring requests are handled within service guidelines.
- Oversee and support annual renewals and non-renewals, ensuring regulatory and customer needs are met.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems and/or complaints quickly and effectively in a timely manner.
- Carry out technical review of all letters of outstanding claims to customers.
- Carry out the investigation and evaluation of claims before making appeals to the Insurers.
- Provide proactive customer support by providing updates on the progress of claim evaluations.
- Provide advice and support to clients in the negotiation and settlement of a claim.
- Preparation of internal reports and monitoring of collection

- Should know about the branches: Cars, Personal Accidents, Multiproduct, Home, Dental, GM Minors.
- Solving problems, delivering results, structuring task, team working.
- Experience in similar activities
