Industrial Enginer

**Objetive of the position**
- Review and implement production and/or processes improvements, as well as its integration into the plant production sequences; responsible for equipment instalations with several processes (in development) OR responsible for planning, procuring and developing equipment installations, lay out and capacity plant management.

**Principal activities**
- Train equipment standards in foreign plants.
- Cooperate in strategic supplier selection
- Procure non-standardized equipment (e.g. in production, etc.) as required
- Develop concepts and new ideas
- Develop new and further develop existing equipment technologies, taking into account industrial safety
- Further develop equipment standards, in cooperation with supervisor
- Develop approaches to optimize automation, in cooperation with the involved departments (e.g. product development, etc.)
- Cooperate in market analyses on the status of equipment and process technology in general, and in particular on automation technologies and process monitoring systems.

**Requirements**:

- Professional career: Bachelor's Degree
- Education: Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, Materials Engineers, Productivity or Related.
- Language: English, Advanced Level
- Relevant experience: Lay outs, Lean Manufacturing, KPI’s
- procesos.Industry: Automotive
- Technical knowledge: Ergonomic measurement study, Industrial installations, Norma IATF 16949:2016, Statistical tools, Solving problems tools, Risk analysis and management, Lean Manufacturing
