Para formar parte de nuestro equipo de trabajo necesitas:
- Licenciatura económico administrativa
- 5 a 8 años de experiência en la administración de proyectos inmobiliarios.
- Ofimática avanzada
- Deseable conocimiento de algún ERP
Ya que tus funciones serán:
Garantizar la ocupación del inmueble, seguimiento y atención a los clientes que ocupan el inmueble, seguimiento con renovaciones de contrato, mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo del inmueble; normatividad gubernamental, municipal y federal del inmueble, seguimiento a pagos y cobranza de los clientes, supervisión de proveedores y capacitación y supervisión de personal de mantenimiento.
