**¿Qué estamos buscando?**

Estamos buscando a el/la siguiente Legal Ops Analyst para que se incorpore al equipo de Legal-Ops en Xepelin. Nuestro Legal Ops Analyst será responsable de ayudar en la revisión de documentos corporativos como actas constitutivas, actas de asambleas, poderes de representantes legales, elaboración de contratos y anexos correspondientes a los financiamientos otorgados por Xepelin. Tu capacidad para comprender y aplicar las leyes financieras y tecnológicas será esencial para el éxito de nuestra organización.

Adicionalmente, tendrás responsabilidades que impacten no solo al área sino al negocio, tales como determinar las áreas de oportunidad que tenemos como equipo, así como idear y liderar las soluciones rentables y eficientes para ello, trabajando de la mano con los diferentes equipos de Xepelin. desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el cumplimiento de regulaciones y en la gestión de asuntos legales que afectan a nuestra empresa. Serás parte de un equipo dedicado a garantizar que nuestras operaciones se realicen de manera legal y ética, asegurando así el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa en un entorno altamente regulado.

**Vas a tener la oportunidad de**:

- Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos actuales e Idear desarrollos que puedan eficientarlos.
- Desarrollarte en el área legal, adquiriendo experiência en revisión y elaboración de documentos legales.
- Investigar, analizar y monitorear las regulaciones financieras y tecnológicas relevantes en los países donde operamos, y asegurarse de que la empresa se mantenga actualizada y cumpla con dichas regulaciones.
- Adquirir experiência en la interpretación jurídica, desarrollando capacidades para tomar decisiones basadas en criterio jurídico.
- Participar en la revisión y redacción de contratos, acuerdos comerciales y otros documentos legales, garantizando que los intereses de la empresa estén protegidos.
- Colaborar con equipos internos para asegurarte de que los productos, servicios y operaciones de la empresa cumplan con los requisitos legales y regulatorios.
- Desarrollar la capacidad de comunicar conocimientos legales de manera clara y efectiva a diferentes áreas.
- Desarrollar la capacidad de redacción.

**¿Qué te hará tener éxito?**:

- Tener título universitario en Derecho, con experiência previa de al menos 1 año en el campo legal, preferiblemente en el sector fintech, servicios financieros o tecnología.
