Bilingual Paralegal

**Bilingual Paralegal Intake Specialist**

**Location**: Remote

**Salary: USD$6 to USD$8 per hour, depending upon experience**

**Job Type**:Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients in English and Spanish to gather essential information.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the firm's services, processes, and procedures.
- Accurately record and maintain client information in our system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
- Process intake forms to qualify potential clients.
- Send and assist with client retainers.
- Draft creative and effective demand letters and other legal documents.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure effective communication and seamless workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Intake Specialist required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal required.
- Minimum of 1 year of US law firm experience (preferred).

**Technical Requirements**:

- Personal Computer running on windows 10/11
- Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Must be Ethernet, NO WIFI)
- Noise cancellation USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless or 3.5mm will NOT WORK)
- Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher is required

**Salary**: $236.90 - $315.87 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 42.5 per week

- Paralegal: 2 years (required)
