Restaurante cocina de autor, se encuentra en búsqueda de **JUNIOR PASTRY CHEF**

**Requisitos**:

- **EXPERIENCIA EN RESTAURANTE FINE DINING (MANTELES LARGOS)**:

- Experiência mínima de 3 años en cocinas de alto nível y servicio de lujo
- Carrera a fin a la industria de alimentos y bebidas

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**:

- Funcionamiento de utensilios y recursos de pastelería
- Participar en la preparación de los menús y hacer el pedido de materia prima
- Recibir, mantener el control de comprobar y guardar materias prima, según los estándares de la organización
- Llevar a cabo, exponer y supervisar las preparaciones culinarias
