We are looking for a talented Site PFR Manager to join our team

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Manage a team of Financial Analysts, being a trainer and mentor of financial analysts.
- Assign work according to availability, skills and development needs, as well as evaluate performance and provide feedback to the team.
- Manage the Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis function for all Component entities within Sitio Juárez (including: CES; CEC and CSE).
- Work closely with the JLC finance team to ensure the appropriate x-charging measures are implemented.
- Dealing with business partners with management to deliver financial results while identifying potential areas of opportunity and risk.
- Coordinate financial modeling and analysis in support of business decisions.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or similar
- Strong knowledge in Accounting.
- Solid experience with planning, reporting and financial analysis of different entities.
- Personnel management.
- Experience in direct dealing with business partners.
- Ability to communicate at different levels.
- Familiar with financial analysis for business decision making.
- Experience in manufacturing industry.

Financial Analysis - Interprets financial data by analyzing trends, variances, opportunities and risks to provide insight to stakeholders regarding financial impact to drive business improvement; evaluates financial results against targets to communicate conclusions to all stakeholders; ensures integrity of financial data by investigating variances and determining corrective actions to resolve identified issues.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**

College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification required.

**Experience**

Significant experience required, including supervisory experience.
