**Disclosure Manager & Event BP**

Your Tasks & Responsabilities:

- Establish and implement global transparency guidelines and related procedures
- Execute processes for all Crystal scope expenditures according Guidelines
- Monitor of activities in healthcare sector for Transfer-of-Value (ToV) to Healthcare Professionals and Organizations (HCP & HCO)
- Ensure that the Global Compliance Platform is implemented in the country
- Support and train Business Units and support functions (using templates contents processes)
- Key contact for the Event Team, third-party event agency and other Departments on Transparency Statements and related Compliance rules & policies
- Responsible for Consent Management process (incl. archiving documents), and answer queries related to ToV from HCP & HCO
- Identify possible gaps within the local Transfer-of-Value processes and correct them with training, communication
- Implement and support correction processes for discrepancy and dispute requests from Healthcare Professionals and Organizations
- Make sure that all SOP and Guidelines related to Transfer-of-Value are implemented/trained
- Comply with global governance for standard processes and implement them at a local level As Event Management BP
- Acts as primary contact for the respective business area and drives business relationship.
- Lead strategically all external and internal Bayer events, provides tactical and operational advice to the Divisions complying with internal requirements and processes.
- Get involved in content/agenda planning of the events at an early stage to provide overall counselling on event objectives and measures how to reach goals but also challenge budget for planned activities/ideas to have a reasonable event spend.
- Manage briefings with stakeholders and external service providers, also supporting event budget reconciliation
- Determine the criteria for selecting suppliers based on event objectives and Procurement guidelines, adhere to all spend caps.
- Ensure data transparency, spend management and that agency service levels are met.
- Support Compliance reporting (e.g. resulting from CRYSTAL process) and ensure compliance with company policies
- Exchange constantly with Country EDM Head and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Who You Are:

- University degree in business administration, marketing or an equivalent qualification.
- Min 3-5 years of overall experience in business functions, preferred experience in Event Management in the life science industry (in the Pharmaceutical business will be an advantage)
- Good knowledge of national and/or international Pharma Codes
- Minimum 3 years’ experience successfully developing, executing and monitoring reporting processes
- Possess a keen eye for detail whilst demonstrating a sense of urgency in delivery
- Have well developed time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines
- Professional experience in end-to-end service operations and in dealing with the complexities involved in the planning, negotiating and execution of events and related activities.
- Experienced in project management, must be able to manage staff of third-party event agency teams and make recommendations concerning department procedures to ensure that work objectives and quality are met.
