**Help Desk Coordinator 2**

**Escolaridad**:

- Bachelor in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Technician, Computer Applications or equivalent.

**Experiência**:

- Experience in call center or customer service environments
- Account Administration experience is a plus.

**Conocimientos**:

- Strong troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of printers, PC hardware and software is desired.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English 80% (spoken and written)

**Habilidades / Competencias**:

- Excellent customer support. Strong time management skills required.
- Experience in delivering Level I support services such as password resets, system access administration
- Exposure to Oracle database a plus.
