Meet with all established safety requirements and procedures, personal protection,

equipment protection, materials control and general facilities for current

processes, equipment, tools as well as for new processes, new equipment and

tools and new materials.

Keep the work area, tools, equipment and/or machinery clean, ordered, in good

condition and giving them adequate use; Follow-up to 6S program.

Develop courses to train associated on different manufacturing systems, equipment and tools operation,

attend internal/external courses to deploy to associated of the areas assigned.

Directly and clearly inform the staff in charge of the achievements, performance and opportunities.

Lead meetings to report in a direct and clear way the status of projects assigned,

as well as assign activities for each department involve in order to reach the

goal on time.

Interact with the necessary departments (Production, Quality, Finance, Maintenance,

Planning, Human Resources, etc.) to track and solve the opportunities encountered.

Lead and develop plans for continuous improvement in the area using Lean and Six

Sigma methodology, (Tools: Kaizen, PDCA, probability and statistical tools, Cause

and Effect diagram, FMEA, etc.).

Be involve with operations to achieve the fulfillment of the objectives of the company.

Follow up on the KIP'S (Production, Quality, Scrap, On Time Delivery, Lead Times, etc.) of your areas

to achieve the fulfillment of these

Introduction of new products on time, high quality, low cost, deploy documentation and training for

all associated involve on the processes.

Lead cost reduction and continuous improvement projects as part of daily activities.

Create BOM and routes of new products, review new product cost to achieve the margin goal.

Knowledge and ability to sustain health and safety programs.

Ability to implement and sustain manufacturing systems.

Team player who is flexible, adaptable to change and able to

multitask.

Strong organizational skills to insure adequate tracking

system are utilized to maintain and track company objectives.

Proactively identify, analyze, address and resolve problem

areas, conflicts and issues.

Working knowledge of Office Software, Project Management, **AUTOCAD, INVENTOR, SOLIWORKS**

drawing software, Minitab, etc.

Must be empathetic, capable of gaining trust easily, a consensus

builder with strong influencing skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

80% in written and verbal English.

Able to make effective presentations to diverse groups.

Able to create and manage budgets.

Ability to negotiation and possess solid emotional

intelligence.

**Required Education and Experience**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent education.

At least 2 years work experience as manufacturing engineer.

**Prefered Education and Experience**

At least 5 years work experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
