**Job Description**:
Chromalloy is in search of a diverse IT Analyst at our Mexicali facility. This position is responsible for providing Tier 1 end user customer service as it relates to the support of Microsoft Windows laptops and desktops for remote and onsite users.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Build strong relationships with end users and provide Tier 1 customer service.
- Provide end users with technical support and training.
- Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots and evaluates existing and new Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Management of Active Directory and O365 users, computers and mailboxes.
- Responsible for deployment of user workstations, including Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Regularly confers with members of the IT Team and users regarding current and prospective system changes and future needs.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned by IT Management or business leadership.

**Qualifications**:
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Associates Degree in Information Technology or four years of relevant experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems, Active Directory and networking.
- Experience in implementing high availability Microsoft Windows servers in a high-speed network and integrating workstations with Active Directory.
- Experience in administration of vmware hosts and virtual machines.
- Experience in writing system documentation, system specifications / requirements and training materials.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with remote and onsite users.
- Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; detail orientated with high appreciation for excellence and quality.
