About the role

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to Mexico General Manager and will lead a team of 10 direct reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This job is responsible for the Controllership, Financial Planning, Order to cash, Consumer and Commercial decision support.
- The Finance Director must understand the business and support the accelerated growth expected or the next few years.
- Achieve the financial business’s objectives, leading all conversations in terms of possible risks and opportunities and ensuring the accurate use of financial resources and investments that continues the trajectory of improved operating margins.
- Provide reliable and accurate information to all the Exec, Corporate Office and Executives for decision making.
- To protect company's resources through the design and implementation of internal controls.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND PROFILE
- Minimum of 15 years of experience. Previous exposure to international experience/multinational business environment. Previous CFO/Finance Director experience.
- Extensive knowledge and skills in all financial operations. Financial management experience in a similar finance director role.
- Proficient in English. Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High Integrity standards.
- Analytical and Intellectual capabilities committed to high standards for personal and professional contributions.
- Strong team leadership, motivational and communication skills.
- Shown business partnership skills. Should be able to both support and challenge the business.
- Has experience in a sophisticated matrix organizational structure.
- Passionate about finance. With potential to grow and move to other countries.
