**Responsabilidades**:
Apoyar las líneas de producción para la mejora continua para reducir el desperdicio y la variación en los rechazos de la línea de proceso.
Análisis de resolución de problemas utilizando herramientas estadísticas y de calidad.
Desarrollar y liderar reuniones de calidad para la notificación de problemas del cliente para informar a todos los departamentos,causa raiz,Core tools
contacto directamente con el cliente ,garantizar piezas de calidad y negociaciones con los clientes,asistir a reuniones de calidad y negociaciones con clientes.
Seguimiento de las preocupaciones de los clientes y las fechas de cierre con acciones de contención inmediata y acciones correctivas permanentes.
Proporcionar RMA a los clientes para devolver el material rechazado para su análisis.
Participación en grupos kaizen de calidad para reducir la mano de obra y aumentar la capacidad.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura terminada
- 3 años a 5años de experiência en posicion similar
- Ingles 80%
- Sistema SAP
- Manejo de Portales de clientes automotrices**(deseable)**:

- Exp en giro Automotriz **(deseable)**
