- **Mentor Académico**_

**Objetivo del puesto**: _Programar, dirigir y supervisar la correcta operación del plantel, acordar con Dirección sobre todos los asuntos relacionados con las actividades académicas y administrativas para obtener apoyos necesarios, coordinar conjuntamente con Dirección la elaboración de los horarios de los docentes en cada una de las modalidades. Es indispensable que en ausencia del Director tomará la autoridad del plantel en asusto relacionados con alumnos, docentes o personal administrativo lo cual es necesario la toma de decisiones._

**Actividades**:

- Reportar incidencias del día a día de los docentes ,personal administrativo o alumnos a la dirección.
- Entregar y revisar la entrega de plantaciones de los docentes, así como su registro en controles internos.
- Recopilar y actualizar los expedientes de los docentes y personal admvos.
- Elaborar reportes de las faltas y actuar de los alumnos para su reporte ante la dirección.
- Detectar entre los docentes y alumnos necesidades para su reporte a la dirección.
- Dentro de su actividad administrativa validarán las necesidades de mantenimiento y limpieza del plantel, con el apoyo del personal de intendencia y de seguridad.
- Concentrar las faltas de los docentes y alumnos para los reportes.
- Elaboración de horarios al inicio de cada ciclo y mantener actualizado los mismos ante cambios de última hora para su seguimiento.
- Emitir resoluciones apegadas a los lineamientos institucionales ante situaciones que se le presenten de manera cotidiana y refenciadas a la dirección para su conocimiento.
- Actuar de manera clara,objetiva y reglamentaria ante eventos extracurriculares que se le presenten como figura de autoridad.
- En el seguimiento de estudiantes:
A. Seguimiento a la cobranza con el apoyo del personal de caja, seguridad, tutores, docentes y prefectos.

B. Seguimiento a la recuperación de documentos de alumnos con el apoyo del personal de escolares y los tutores.

C. Seguimiento a los factores de riesgo de los estudiantes (reprobación, inasistencia, adeudo, o psicosociales) junto con los tutores, personal de caja, y de servicios escolares.

D. Seguimiento y coordinación de actividades académicas de inducción, bienvenida y jornadas o Presentación e proyectos Con el apoyo de coordinadores, tutores, docentes y personal del campus.

**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo mensual $8,000 a $10'000 libres
- Horario de Lunes a Viernes y Sabados medio dia.
- Prestaciones de ley
- Beca de estudios al 100%
- 12 días de vacaciones
