**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Directly supervises all Front Desk personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas generating a positive service experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 years similar experience
- Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings
- Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines
- Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
- High school diploma is a plus
- Presentation skills
- Team spirit
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules
- Time management skills
- Mixology skills
