As a Process Leader for Metal Finish, you will be in charge of ensuring fulfillment of the production program in assigned area of responsibility in terms of quality, volume and efficiency. Manage, instruct, and assign tasks to production personnel reporting to him. Understanding and creating enthusiasm for target fulfillment through emotional vision. Review of production figures (volume, quality, budget), develop, agree and implements counter measures e.g. extra shifts, overtime, rework, etc.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for training of new employees (Determines the training requirements for the employees and organizes registrations for training courses, prepares the training course planning for his area and assesses the effectiveness). Participation in audits, self-audits based on checklists (e.g., environmental protection, quality, system, and process audits).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in positions in Automotive Industry, specifically in Body in White production.
- Knowledge in geometry, surface and torque.
- Good communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Fluent business English.
