Hemos tenido años con mucho crecimiento y continuamos, por ello, buscamos para nuestras oficinas Channel Manager de servicios de telefonía empresarial VoIP, Comunicaciones Unificadas y/o Soluciones de Call o Contact Center, etc. en esquema remoto

**Con nosotros tendrás la oportunidad de**:

- Diseñar estrategias con el equipo de LATAM para generación de demanda, posicionamiento de marca y proyectos especiales para clientes finales
- Libertad operativa para la atracción, desarrollo y administración de canales a nível nacional.
- Colaboración con equipos de trabajo multi culturales.

Propuesta**: $ 40,000 a 50,000 pesos libres + comisiones no topadas (nominal, ley y superiores)
- ** Horario**: Lunes a Viernes 9:00 a 6:30 pm Disponibilidad para viajes EEUU (Si es necesario)
- ** Zona de trabajo**: Guadalajara, Jalisco.

**¿Que buscamos?**
- 3 a 4 años de experiência como: Inside sales, sales Support, ejecutivo de ventas, Channel manager, Brand manager, asesor comercial IT, ejecutivo de canales, KAM, TAM, Account Manager, gerente de marca.
- Inglés intermedio conversacional (muy deseable)
- 2 a 3 años de experiência en la venta y comercialización de soluciones de TI (Datacenter, Seguridad, Redes, Telefonía, Telcos, Almacenamiento, Nube, etc) manejo de marcas como Cisco, Avaya, HP, Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet, Juniper, IBM, etc) miuy deseable conocimiento de VoIP, UCaas, Enlaces, etc.
- 2 a 3 años de experiência en generación de demanda a clientes finales con generación de demanda (llamadas en frío, telemarketing, inside sales, Webinars, Inbound, outbound, etc.)
- 2 a 3 años de experiência en desarrollo de canales (Reclutamiento, atracción, formación, desarrollo, integración de soluciones, rewards, apoyo en generación de demanda, establecimiento de cuota, sesiones de revisión, etc)
- Adecuado diseño y desarrollo de PSI Plan de sistemas de información, KPI´s e Indicadores, Dashboards, márgenes, ROI, etc.
- Experiência en gestión de cuentas estratégicas (Enterprise) manejo de clientes AAA y atención de BDM (Business Decision Maker) on influenciadores,.
- Gestión y revisión de órdenes de compra (Procurement) aprobación de estas.Atención a clientes vía telefónica o digital (página web, redes, eventos) para su calificación y canalización con canales, apoyando en el seguimiento y cierre de clientes nuevos.
- Seguimiento y monitoreo de tickets (escalaciones) de soporte técnico, ventas o calidad de clientes y/o canales de distribución.
- Alto manejo de Office (Outlook y en especial Excel) para gestión de reportes, conocimiento de soluciones CRM, análisis de información tipo BI como Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.
- Creación de planes de lealtad o referenciamiento, ser propositivo en la promoción de servicios.
