**Purpose**
- Ensure tooling inventory and health by verifying assigned Critical Measure in KBE tool list and continue process support for initial production order.
- Promote actions in the tooling area when required such as problem solving, contention and any other support that can help production to achieve production orders with quality, safety and within the required times.
- Set tool orders on time, clean tools, organize tools, assign tool locations, keep tools free of rust, rabbits, challenge pieces, master pieces, and keep area organized.
- Promote actions in the process when it is necessary to develop poka-yokes
- Interpretation of tooling measurements and decision making based on their results
- Visual inspection of 100% tooling.
- Monitoring of repairs, rework and maintenance related to tools and accessories according to procedure
- Vertical storage operation, receive new tooling, update inventory and assigned location.
- Support the training of new operators so that they can achieve their certification of technical skills.

**Bachelor´s Degree**: High School

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Receive new tools and accessories.
- Prepare tool orders for the production plan for the next 24 hours.
- Receive production tools
- Wash and inspect tools according to procedures.
- Escalate any problem found in the tools
- Based on inspection results, make decisions to start production.
- Solve and correct problems based on data analysis within the scope of their ability, before asking for help.
- Makes written or verbal reports to supervision on the results of inspections, noting any unusual conditions.
- Performs various tasks assigned by his supervisor.
- Maintains cleanliness and order in the vertical storage area, as well as an accurate inventory of parts and tools.
- Fill out applicable forms for process inspections. Keeps them available and in good condition.
