**Se encuentra ubicada en la** **Carretera Tijuana -Tecate km 140, Parque Industrial el Bajío, 21503, Tecate B.C.**

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en ingeniería o superior.
- Contar con título y/o cédula profesional.
- Inglés avanzado/conversacional.
- Experiência en negocios de fabricación de bajo volumen y alta combinación.
- Certificación Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Capacidades de gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimiento de Microsoft Project.
- Conocimiento de Minitab.
- Uso de herramientas informáticas como computadora y paquete de Microsoft Office.

**Funciones**:

- Liderazgo para actividades de ingeniería para NPI y producción en masa para asegurar procesos robustos de APQP y producción en masa (ejemplo: generación de Planes de Control desde prototipos hasta producción en masa, generación de planes de inspección, definición de AQL para materiales entrantes basados en desempeños de calidad.
- Diseño y mejoramiento de plantilla/accesorio/equipo de producción con definición de requerimientos y Presupuesto.
- Liderar las actividades de pFMEA.
- Generación de conceptos de Líneas de Producción, Layouts y Diagramas de Flujo de Procesos.
- Creación de Instrucciones de Trabajo.
- Gestión de las actividades de Equilibrio de Líneas (Actividades Método-Tiempo-Gestión).
- Liderando OQ (Calificación Operacional) de líneas de producción.
- Coordinación de actividades LEAN.
- Gestión de cambios (ECR-ECN) y mantenimiento de BOM.
- Definición de enrutamiento y mantenimiento en el sistema.
