Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:

- **Interview Scheduling**: Manage and coordinate all interview scheduling activities, ensuring that interviews are scheduled efficiently and without conflicts. This includes phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure the smooth execution of the recruitment process. Communicate and confirm interview details with stakeholders.
- ** Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities to streamline the interview scheduling process and suggest improvements to make it more efficient.

Role Qualifications:

- You have previous experience in a recruitment coordination role, administrative roles or similar to customer service.
- You have exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- You are a strong communicator and have the power to influence anyone you talk to.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
