**Commercial Reporting Analyst**

**Main Purpose**

The Role of Commercial reporting Analyst has the objective of supporting the eCommerce business teams by creating, executing, and consolidating the information related to the eCommerce area with standards reports and BI tools.

The role will be working with the Commercial Reporting coordinator solving the actual data GAPs & needs across regions, with data related to finance P&Ls, marketing performance, activations performance & Perfect Store execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define & establish a data reporting process & culture to gather the information needed for the purpose of the role.
- Responsible for build eCommerce P&L for all markets.
- Responsible for build eCommerce Marketing performance dashboard, including online activations results.
- Support the eperfect store execution data base & dashboard development.
- Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs - Provide regular detailed insights of performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and benchmarks.
- Capable to analyze a request or issue and provide a solution either with existing reporting tools or by enhancing new functionalities.
- Able to optimize process by leveraging best practices
- Capable to work with different markets & regularly connect with leads & stakeholders to align process and ensure execution
- Participate in fine tuning activities to improve performance and/or ensure the SLA
- Participate the continues improvements meeting
- Responsible of Business Intelligence functional specs documents and the assessment of the project.
- Execute reports according to SLAs (Service level agreement)

Qualifications:
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 1 year of experience is a must
- Experience in analytics tools: PowerBI, Tableau, etc., is required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Advance English is required
- Strong communication skills to work with a multi-country agenda
