**Marketing Commercial Apprentice***:
**About the Role**:
As a marketing intern, we are looking for a person who is looking to thrive professionally & personally with the Brand & company. In this role, this person will lead & execute strategic projects & responsibilities that contribute to the category & Brand growth.

**What You Will Do**:

- Strengthen business knowledge through analysis and working closely with Consumer understanding and Sales team, identifying opportunities to improve performance category
- Lead monthly analysis of the Brand & Market (Sales, Financial Results, Demand Planning)
- Work with, local & LATAM, multifunctional teams to implement specific actions & innovations, contributing to the brand's results
- Perform daily & monthly reports
- Leadership of Budget or A&P
- Lead BTL activities
- Collaborate in the development, production & follow up of ATL campaigns
- Lead innovation projects from ideation to launch
- Work together with creativity and design agencies in order to develop visual and communication materials

**Who You Are**:

- Experience: Desired but not a must. We're looking to develop people & careers
- Degree: at least 3 semesters until graduation
- Careers: Marketing, Finance, Business Admin., Economy, Industrial Engineer, Communication
- Aptitudes: Leadership, organized, teamwork, decision maker, social skills & presenter skills (ability to engage and address medium & large audiences)
- Data Driven, ease for numbers
- Excel & Power Point - Intermediate / Advanced (desirable)
- Consumer focused
- No fear for facing taboos
