**General Summary**:
Responsible for coordinating the implementation of automation in the processes.
Responsible for searching through process improvements that lead us to reduce operating expenses.
Coordinates and directs the different activities of the Equipment Manufacturing and Maintenance Engineering department. Coordinates the activities to be carried out on the processes and equipment involved to manufacture the products so that they comply with the specifications and requirements of Engineering and Quality at the appropriate cost.
Support and coordinate the different activities of each Engineer in the manufacturing areas.
Coordination of support in pilot runs or evaluation of new processes or products.
Coordinate and supervise together with the Engineer responsible for the selection of equipment and machinery for manufacturing processes.
Coordinate and supervise together with the person in charge of planning the process: layout, flowcharts, PFMEA process analysis.
Coordinate and supervise that the engineering documentation of the process is carried out.
Coordinate and supervise the study of labor of predetermined times to achieve efficient processes.
Supervise and support the fulfillment of the goals and objectives of productivity, quality, and cost.
Coordinates the implementation of corrective actions in manufacturing processes.
Supervises participation in projects to improve equipment or manufacturing processes.
Coordinates the implementation of operational excellence projects with "Lean Manufacturing" and 6 sigma techniques.
Ensure that the processes comply with the specifications and quality requirements. Compliance with the procedures and instructions of TL9000.
Ensures that processes comply with security rules. Helping to eliminate detected unsafe conditions.
Preparation of reports and project presentations.
Coordinates and supervises the execution of Preventive Maintenance programs.
Supports the generation of the annual budget based on the projects and needs of the processes.
Maintains controlled inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.
Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement of the EHS management system.
Ensure that employees are trained in the functions necessary to implement this Standard.
Making sure the roles, responsibilities and authorities are cascading throughout your specific organization. Also, making sure these are understood and accepted as appropriate.

**Required Qualifications for Consideration**
Education: Professional level, preferably in Electromechanical/Industrial Engineering.
Bilingual Spanish English.
Experience in manufacturing processes 8+ years.
Experience in automation processes.
5 years’ experience in managerial/supervisory position.
Ability to communicate openly and cordially with all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of MS office, AUTOCAD
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, 6 sigma, Lean Manufacturing, project management.
High level of planning and organization, teamwork, analytical skills.
