Currently we are looking for our next:
**Innovation analyst**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

This role supports the Performance Manager on planning and launching all innovation and promotional projects within Customer Service and follows up any changes throughout their life.

Activities include follow up of the Supply Chain area along with the Innovation team in all meetings and support each supply chain department in order to evaluate the capacity throughout the development stage and guarantee that all projects are launched on time in full. Also, role helps reducing the write-off projection due to innovation processes.

**What will you be doing?**
- Support all innovation projects.
- Support all revenue management projects.
- Support all capacity analysis along with the Network Design and Production Planning teams, for all innovation.
- Follow up all innovation projects through PIPE process to be launched on time in full and to be
- Be part of the communication bridge between the Innovation and Customer Service teams, spreading the concepts of each project.
- Follow-up on every launch, ensuring that the major KPIs for each innovation are being achieved.
- Be part of the team to guarantee information flow to place orders on the system for each innovation process, and follow-up the arrival of each material.
- Aim to reduce to zero the write-off on innovation projects.
- Support all projects that is not in Innovation Scope, but regards new process, as a Promotional Projects, a new process with Procurement or R&D, and so on.
- Support performance manager to align innovation process through planning tools and teams.
