**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create internal field guides like Quick Start guide, Application User Guide, Implementation Guide, Product Configurations etc and training programs for the CX stakeholders (architects, implementation consultants, support personnel, Customer Success Managers). Track and close gaps by driving best practices adoption by CX stakeholders.
- Work with support and implementation teams to build and manage trouble shooting guide, enable them on new product features. Report back to product team on recurring themes that need improvement.
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales and CX through continuous engagement to maintain high quality enablement artifacts.
- Work with product and engineering team to build and manage API documentation and developer experience
- Drive customer adoption of new features and retention by creating release artifacts including product demos, product documentation, best practices and release notes.
- Manage unified Knowledge center and support center with forums and communities
- Provide support and training to our channel partners.
- Program manage the enablement activities

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of related work experience for a commercial software company
- Bachelor's degree in technical field like computer science or similar
- Strong communication skills - listening, interpersonal, oral and written communication - fluent in both spoken and written English
- Experience using backlog management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airfocus or similar
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis
- Experience working in a software development organization using agile scrum methodology
- Learning Management System (LMS), Content management system (CMS) or knowledge management tool experience preferred.
- Experience in engineering, implementation or support team is preferred.
